Every owner of an Airstream or Argosy motorhome or travel trailer is invited to join the Texas Highland Lakes Unit. Please email our Membership Chairman, Gayland Stephens to receive a membership packet by mail.
The membership packet will contain a membership application form to be returned, with payment, to our Treasurer. The Treasurer will forward the application to WBCCI headquarters where a membership number will be assigned. WBCCI International due are $65. Texas Highland Lakes unit dues are $15, for a total of $80. If you join after July 1, your dues will be paid for the balance of the year plus all of the succeeding year.
New members receive red number decals which can be displayed on their trailers or motorhomes. The numbers for new members will be four or five digits in length, lower numbers are reserved for International and Region officers. If a new member has a preferred number and that number is available, a request can be made to assign that number. Numbers are freed up after a period of non-membership. For buyers of units with numbers already in place, the previous owner may be willing to relinquish the number. The red numbers help to identify us at rallies and on the road.
Texas Highland Lakes issues six or more color newsletters each year, each 8 to 10 pages. Newsletters are delivered by email unless a member is unable to receive them by this means. For those members, we will mail a black and white printed copy of the newsletter.
